We now have an exciting opportunity for a maintenance and technology-oriented person to join our team within Facilities & Engineering at Sweden Biologics, located in Södertälje. Your playing field
You will be part of a team of 15 people responsible for service, maintenance, improvement work, and project participation in building 921. We are a responsive and driven group that enjoys working together with good cohesion. We work with the vision that no failures should occur due to lack of maintenance.
Your role
As a maintenance technician, you will contribute to high technical availability of production and process equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance and by suggesting and implementing improvements together with service engineers, operators, and machine suppliers. You will be our link to ensure operator maintenance competence and analyze fault developments and trends in the machine park.
Working hours are scheduled for 5-shift.
Your main tasks:

• Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshooting and restoring equipment, documenting work, and working to eliminate root causes of wear
• Problem-solving using Lean tools
• Collecting data, analyzing, improving, and eliminating recurring faults on components
• Participating in improvement work and developing activities based on conducted analyses

We expect:

• You have a high school diploma with a technical focus, preferably in control and regulation technology and/or mechanics
• You have documented experience in TPM-related tasks
• You have good initiative and the ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently
• You are used to and enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding, and developing environment
• You have good communication skills and can express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in maintenance work in cleanliness-classified premises (RKC environment)
• Electrical and/or automation experience
